We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if you change your mind, provided that:

• The item is returned within 7 days of purchase;
   
• You present a valid receipt or proof of purchase;
   
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
   

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Due to hygiene or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
   
• Cosmetics or personal care items
   
• Earrings or pierced jewellery
   
• Undergarments
   
• Sale or clearance items
   

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if an item is:

• Faulty or defective;
   
• Not as described;
   
• Unfit for purpose;
   
• Does not do what we said it would.
   

Please contact us within 7 days of discovering the issue. We may require:

• A photo or description of the fault;
   
• Proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement).
   

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.
